The HR Business Partner will have the following responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the recruitment and selection of employees, while planning the need for the personnel and assuring the availability of necessary manpower
  • Be in charge of the conclusion, amendment, and termination of employment contracts
  • Have communication with institutions related to personnel work (Health Insurance Fund, Labour Market and Dispute Offices, etc)
  • Implement personnel accounting systems
  • Launch and manage personnel projects, keep personnel records and corresponding reporting
  • Support the implementation of corporate guidelines according to local legal requirements
  • Consult managers in all legal matters in regards to employment relationships
  • Process of personal data, client data, and employer business-specific data in accordance of Personal Data Protection Act, Employer Contract Act, and other legal acts


The HR Business Partner must possess the following:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as HR Manager in an international company
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
  • MSc in Human Resources Management is an asset
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbally
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Good knowledge of employment and labour laws and regulations

  • At least 3 years experience in a relevant position
