key responsibilities
Τhe HR Business Partner will be responsible for
- Reporting/Monitoring of Payroll, Benefits, and Leave Management
- Designing and Managing Compensation & Benefits Systems
- Developing Organizational Charts
- Budgeting for Human Resources
- Implementing and Monitoring Performance Evaluation Systems
- Participating in Staff Recruitment and Separation Processes
- Enforcing Group Policies and Procedures
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner position should have:
- Proven experience and solid background in HR
- BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; MSc in Human Resources will be a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Detail oriented and problem solving personality
skills
- Experienced at managing complex projects, in an agile environment, using different project planning tools.
- Love working with people from around the world and know how to excite them.
- Love collaborating and sharing ideas
- communicate clearly and concisely. Having great skills at getting and giving respectful and valuable feedback.
- Love to measure, monitor, and analyse the impacts and risks of any solutions that you develop and deliver to the business, including any dependencies on other projects or solutions.
