key responsibilities
Τhe HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Managing and optimizing HR systems, including proficiency in using SuccessFactors SAP.
- Taking the lead in identifying talent needs and overseeing the entire hiring process in coordination with the recruitment team.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Leading and implementing wellness programs to enhance employee well-being (Workwell initiatives).
- Streamlining HR processes for efficiency and consistency (Process Integration).
- Bringing innovative ideas and a fresh perspective to HR practices.
- Supporting employee growth and development through effective career development initiatives.
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner position should have:
- Educated to degree or equivalent level
- Recognised HR qualification, legal qualification highly recommended
- Extensive business and HR experience
- Influencing and coaching skills
- Able to build good working relationships whilst maintaining professional perspective
- Employee Relations (collective and individual)
- Good understanding (& practice) of employment legislation and policy / working practices, especially in Greece
- Experienced in all HR disciplines, ability to work independently
- Able to operate at strategic, tactical and operational level
skills
- Experienced at managing complex projects, in an agile environment, using different project planning tools.
- Love collaborating and sharing ideas
- communicate clearly and concisely.
- Having great skills at getting and giving respectful and valuable feedback.
- Love to measure, monitor, and analyse the impacts and risks of any solutions that you develop and deliver to the business, including any dependencies on other projects or solutions.
