As a HR Administrator, you will:

  • Contributes in the collection of HR data (employees shift schedules, sickness documents etc.) in order to support the preparation of the monthly payroll process
  • Processes all employee shift schedule amendments and implements all overtime announcements to the relevant labor authorities
  • Assists in the administration of employees’ medical program documents, in order to ensure the promptly correspondence at all requests
  • Supports the administration of HR documentation (contracts of employment, employee certifications etc.), in line with the respective legislation and company’s procedures
  • Provides support in handling hiring and termination procedures as well as the relevant documentation for the personnel, remaining in compliance with labor authorities
  • Develops and processes an efficient documentation (annual leaves collection, etc.) and filing system to establish control and structure in HR department’s data
  • Facilitates the implementation of HR department’s policies and procedures, by maintaining a clear communication across all functions
  • Supports company’s recruitment and selection process 


In order to be eligible for the HR Administrator role you need to have:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Master Degree, will be considered an asset
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in the HR Department of a company or in a financial/accounting field 
  • Knowledge of labor and tax legislation will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing in Greek and English
  • Advanced MS Office user
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset 
  • Strong business understanding aptitude, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • You are organized and manage your time like a professional
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication
