As a Hotel Manager you will be in charge of:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management
  • Provide solutions to issues such as, profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors
  • Hold regular briefings and meetings with all heads of departments.
  • Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
  • Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
  • Deliver hotel budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property.
  • Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.
  • Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development. Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
  • Be accountable for responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
  • Respond to audits to ensure continual quality improvement is achieved.
  • Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements. Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations.


For the position of Hotel Manager, we asking the following requirements are requested: 

  • International hospitality exposure or local experience in International Hotel Chains will be further appreciated
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions like finance, HR, procurement, and operations 
  • Hospitality Management degree, Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
  • Experience in planning and budgeting


  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude.


  • 3 to 4 year of proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
