Some of the responsibilities of the Hotel Contract Manager are: 

• Coordinate and supervise the day to day activities in all business development hotel departments
• Responsible for the training of the rooms division team.
• Supervising rooms division team and room activities.
• Ensure the correct application of the quality and service standards defined by the corporate division.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensure maximum usage and optimization of system capacity (Protel)
• Developing and implementing Working with Management to create a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment.
• Prepare / oversee all offers for clients.
• New business development
• Ensure optimum pricing policy for base contracts and special offers.
• Responsible for all clients (TOs, TAs) and Online Market (B2C and online channels) In coordination with Headquarters Commercial Department
• Responsible for MICE /Incentive.
• Manage SPOs & offers to clients within the approved budget and always approved by GM or Corporate Office
• Responsible for the planning and execution (inhouse or outsourced) of the trade marketing of the hotel.
• Ensure hotel meets / exceeds budgeted goals.
• Assists with the development and implementation of internal promotions.
• Monitors all day to day activities of direct reports.
• Executes and oversees operational process of business
• Proposal, writing contract, & customer correspondence
• Monitors competition and Benchmarking
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Management System procedures and records.

Before applying for the position of Hotel Contract Manager make sure that you meet the following criteria:

• Graduate degree in Hospitality & Tourism
• Fluent in English
• Second language is considered as a plus
• Knowledge of the hotel market
• Handling of hotel management software
• Availability to travel
