responsibilities

A suitable Health and Safety Engineer will need to: 

  • Develop health and safety strategies according to legal and group requirements
  • Draft risk assessments and implement safety plans
  • Communicate with the technical staff to provide H&S guidelines
  • Establish health and safety culture through daily support and dedicated programs
  • Monitor compliance to best practices through office and site visits or audits
  • Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses
  • Support employees on possible unsafe conditions’ resolution

qualifications

As a Health and Safety Engineer in this role, you must have the following requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge of Quality and Environment scope will be considered as a plus
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills

experience

Proven experience of at least 3 years as a H&S Engineer in the industrial sector
