This role will provide leadership and support to the Global Sales Operations and Regional Sales operations on any sales reporting of the company. Responsible for driving sales analytics and modelling, consolidation and reporting; sales productivity, forecasting and funnel analysis; and field and system automation initiatives while working closely with the Global Sales Operations Lead, Finance and other functions..

Your duties as a sales analyst in this company will be to :

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of product strategies and financial initiatives to align company's Sales Team through data driven metrics.

  • Assist with analytical requirements; design and deliver reporting and produce analysis to meet those requirements.
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast consolidation and analysis.
  • Generate weekly metric reports & provide analysis for Sales top management.
  • Consolidate regional reports and analytics.
  • Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount and sales plan, work with HR and Finance to ensure alignment.
  • Develop comprehensive pipeline reporting tools.
  • Verify Salesforce updates – ensure all information are updated and available to all users.
  • Drive standards of performance and measurement that is consistent with predefined success criteria for the sales organization; track and report on these activities on a periodic basis.
  • Manage any ad hoc analysis as required by the business.
  • Work with IT in ensuring definitions are aligned for sales related items across the company.


To be an ideal candidate for the sales analyst position, you should have:

  • 3-8 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or Finance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field. MBA preferred
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess & adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including advanced Excel skills
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and project management skills
  • Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of English and local language (verbal & written).
  • Strength in researching, understanding and succinctly explaining complex business issues and analyzing business impacts
  • Experience using CRM applications; or Oracle
