We are currently seeking a General Services Coordinator who will be supporting the front desk of a multinational company in the automotive sector. In order to be considered for this General Services Coordinator role the responsibilities are:

  • Manage the day to day business support activities of the GM
  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Perform administrative tasks including complex calendar management for a high volume of internal and external meetings, management of travel arrangements, and completion of expense reports
  • Assists in the preparation of correspondence, briefs, presentations, and packets for internal and external meetings  
  • Receive and screens incoming mail (including e-mails) and telephone calls, redirects messages or provides initial response as appropriate
  • Budgeting and forecasting   
  • HR administration duties (fleet management, vacation books, etc.)
  • Administering Performance Management and Reward Systems
  • Responsible for Training and Development activities
  • Compensation & Benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance of laws, statutes and regulations 
  • Employee safety and health administration


The successful candidate for the General Services Coordinator role must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar position
  • Must be independent and a strong communicator both in Greek and in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Ability to liaise well with others
  • Ability to work on own initiative with strong attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and discretion
