responsibilities

Some of the responsibilities that you will have as Front Office Manager are:

  • Proper Room allocation
  • Consideration of all customer requests
  • Ensure front desk area is tidy at all times
  • Supervise and support front office staff, including receptionists, bell boys, guest relations.
  • Overseas recruitment process
  • Schedule shifts
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Handle complaints
  • Initiates compensations for complaint handling or any other action towards efficient guest service handling.
  • Troubleshoot emergencies
  • Monitor stock and order office supplies
  • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
  • Encouraging safe and efficient front office operations

qualifications

The following qualifications are requested for the position of Front Office Manager

  • Good Knowledge of PMS
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written), additional language will be considered as an asset
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Hospitality Management degree, Business Administration, or Bachelor degree in similar field
  • Must have a professional image and personality exuding confidence

experience

  • 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Front Office Manager or Reception Manager in 5*
