key responsibilities
As a Freight Forwarder Operator, your duties will include the following:
- Planning, assigning, and coordinating shipments to/from Greece and abroad using various transportation methods (sea, air)
- Communicating with clients and suppliers regarding the progress of shipments and resolving any transportation issues.
- Management of pre sales and after sales communication with partners
- Supervising and managing both domestic and international shipments (creating loading documents based on Incoterms, issuing CMR, filing complaints with carriers, etc.)
- Issuing transport documents and invoices
- Communicating with transport companies to ensure the timely transportation and delivery of goods
- Liaising with the warehouse to monitor the preparation of shipments according to customer instructions
- Continuous research on international transportation costs
qualifications
As a Freight Forwarder Operator, you must have the following requirements:
- Graduate of a Technical Institute or College
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
skills
- Ιndependent, well-structured and goal-oriented work style
- Strong organizational skills
