The FP&A Associate is responsible for:

• Preparing the monthly actuals under IFRS while monitoring the key performance drivers.Ensuring the correct reflection of all postings in the P&L. This includes monthly review of expenses, variance analysis vs LY and planning scenarios and corrective actions where necessary to ensure that Financial statements are true and fair.
• Timely and accurate Management P&L planning and budgeting process. In more detail, the FP&A Associate has the responsibility to prepare and draft all required LE / A&SP / Outlook / templates along with relevant variance analysis and presentation decks. The planning responsibilities of FP&A Associate include the full detailed P&L upload in Group's reporting systems.
• Business partnering. Preparing and evaluating business case scenarios. 
• Provide financial insights and communicate in a timely manner any foreseeable financial risk and/or opportunity to the market FP&A manager and CFO recommending actions
• Actively challenge budget holders assumptions (Marketing, Sales, Opex owners), ensuring efficient spending with a ROI mindset
• Responsible for JSOX walkthroughs and ERM package preparation
• Support the FP&A manager and CFO with any additional ad hoc tasks

To be a qualified FP&A Associate candidate you need:

• Bachelor degree in Business / Finance / Accounting.
• Master's degree and/or professional qualification or in the process of obtaining it will be considered as an asset.
• 5+ years in FP&A / Financial reporting departments preferably in FMCG multinational companies. Both global & in- market experience is a plus
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of BW and BPC tools will be considered a plus
• Microsoft office toolset (Power BI will be considered as an asset)

• Advanced ability to gather, analyze and interpret data
• Effective time management/prioritization
• Team player with a positive “can do/can figure it out” attitud

• 5+ years in FP&A / Financial reporting departments preferably in FMCG multinational comp
