responsibilities

As a Forwarding Documentation Agent your duties will include the following:

  • preparations for documents of exports and imports
  • handling of clients' invoices
  • provide a high level of customer service to the Greek and English speaking clients
  • management of operations in logistics
  • management of pre sales and after sales communication with partners

requirements

As a Forwarding Documentation Agent, you must have the following requirements:

  • 1-3 year of experience in sea freight forwarding position 
  • excellent PC skills 
  • fluency in Greek and in English
  • strong organizational skills
