key responsibilities
As Food and beverage Manager, your responsibilities are:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
- Process customer complaints patiently
- Plan alternatives for customers with special dietary needs / overview of menu and allergens
- Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
- Track and order shipments
- Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
- Follow health and safety standards
- Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff according to the SOP of the company
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
qualifications
The person we are looking for the position of Food and Beverage Manager need to have:
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism. MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field will be considered an asset
- Cost-conscious with the ability to maximize revenue
- Previous experience in international hotel brands or in Mykonos will be considered as a plus
skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, a second language (e.g. French, German) will be considered a plus
- Customer oriented approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with hands-on approach
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Team player
