Some of your main responsibilities as F&B supervisor are: 

• Responsible for supervising the day-to-day food and beverage operations
• Lead all restaurant operations, organize and supervise working schedules
• Monitor operational costs and identify measures to reduce expenses; improve restaurant’s revenue, prepare detailed reports for management information
• Recruit and assist in the training of employees, identify and analyze training needs, motivate and mentor food and beverage teams
• Evaluate staff performance, provide information to increase productivity and quality of services for service teams
• Deliver excellent levels of customer service; respond to all guest requests / complaints
• Oversee storage and correct use of equipment and supplies
• Ensure that health and safety standards are met and that all employees work in a safe environment and have knowledge of recent health and safety regulations
• Follow all hotel policies as instructed

Make sure you have the following qualification to become F&B supervisor:

• Degree in Hospitality Management, or any related field will be considered as an asset
• Excellent knowledge of English language; a second language will be considered as an asset

• Strong leadership skills
• financial skills (budgeting / forecasting)

• MInimum 2 to 3 years experience in the F&B department or as preferably within a 5* Luxur
