As a Finance Project Coordinator you will:

• Contribute to adherence to the Internal Control Framework for the company and follow-up with control performers and owners where necessary
• Support the establishment and implementation of the Internal Control Framework
• Based on regional prioritization supports projects/new business models/integrations to ensure appropriate controls are in place and properly documented to mitigate risks identified
• Maintain and update company policies and procedures
• Actively participate in the Transfer Pricing documentation process
• Support in the monthly reconciliation between IFRS (reporting) and Statutory Financial Statements
• Lead the implementation of various finance & compliance projects
• Responsible for running other projects relating to Facility and Fleet Management as well as indirect procurement

As the ideal candidate for the Finance Project Coordinator position, you need to have:

• Accounting and/or Finance degree
• At least 5 years working experience in a position in Finance, Audit or Compliance
• Robust IFRS accounting knowledge
• Fluent English knowledge
• Experience with SAP
• Deep understanding of financial compliance and internal Controls
• Exposure to senior management / stakeholder management linked to written communication, face-to-face discussions and formal presentations
• Self-starter with proven ability to work remotely with little supervision
• Excellent communication skills, knowledge of internal controls, business process best practices and auditing techniques
• Well organized and working with demanding deadlines
