As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Equity and Debt structuring for company projects
• Transaction coordination and execution (mergers / acquisitions)
• Banking relationships
• EU and National funding
• Reporting & Investor relations
• Budgets
• Expense allocation and monitoring
• Cash and Risk management
• Business plans, projections, presentations for new and existing projects and business streams
• Invoices/Tax matters/accounts/private agreements/payments
• Financial Accounts and required formalities
• Communication with Banks regarding all matters of financial nature Capital Injection related formalities
• Loans / Letters of Guarantee / Corporate Guarantees etc

As the ideal candidate for the Finance Manager position, you need to have the following skills:

• Reputable University Degree in a relevant subject – Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business etc and/or Internationally recognized Accounting Qualification – ACCA, CIMA, CPA etc
• Qualified accountant with IFRS experience
• A self-starter who demonstrates ownership of the tasks and objectives of the department
• Excellent analytical skills. Ability to interpret data to give the overall picture whilst checking for accuracy.
• Proven experience in Finance Manager position.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage expectations and work to tight deadlines.
• Proven leadership and delegation skills.
• Fast learner, able to apply skill set to new scenarios.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with staff at all levels.
• Ability to clearly explain financial information to both financial and non-financial populations.
• Excellent team player.
• A clear risk focus with previous experience of implementing and reviewing internal controls.

• Strong organizational skills, knowledge of finance processes, auditing, and internal controls.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail while maintaining a helicopter view.
