As a Finance Associate your primary responsibilities will be:

• Prepare VAT files for Customs monthly submission
• Create excel files for customers’ deposits and cheques
• Monitor bank statements
• Organize, scan and archive vendor invoices
• Communicate with Shared Services Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
• Support the finance and the Supply chain departments

The ideal candidate for this Finance Associate position should have:

• University Bachelor’s degree – Master’s in Accoutning/Finance will be considered as a plus
• Fluency in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office – solid skills in Excel is an absolute must
• SAP Knowledge is desired
• Able to work in an international and multicultural environment as well as to deal with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Excellent team player, able to build authentic and trusting relationships across the organization
