The responsibilities for the Senior FCP&A role include:

• Support the annual budget and business plan process and periodic re-forecasts
• Contribute to month/quarter and year end closing process, ensuring compliance to all group’s policies
• Provide insightful variance analysis to explain how budget and/or forecast compares against actual performance
• Prepare management reporting packs and high-quality presentations and ensure timely submissions
• Build financial models in excel based on historical information and key business operating metrics, enhance the quality of existing models and ensure their constant update to cover business needs
• Design automated reporting/forecasting tools to improve planning & reporting productivity
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis with the intent to support investment activities
• Provide support and extra financial analysis through ad hoc reports and assist to any internal and external audit procedures
• Identify key financial and non-financial risks and advise mitigants for those risks
• Evaluate companies using various financial valuation methods such as DCF, IRR
• Participate in ad-hoc activities of the department
• Operate as an excellent business partner and build relationships with budget holders, providing the necessary assistance in regard to financial aspects

The ideal candidate for this Senior FCP&A position should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration, ideally combined with a Master’s Degree
• Diploma such as ACCA , CPA or CFA or other financial qualifications would be considered a plus
• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably in FCP&A, Audit or Consulting Services company
• Expert user of MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheets & Powerpoint (specifically, excellent Excel Skills with the ability to build models that are accurate and easy to understand)
• Analyze and identify data required to support model tracking
• Recommend and implement process improvement measures
• Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts (IFRS) and a solid understanding of
• financial analysis - best practices and basic financial modeling terminology
• Experience in SAP ERP system and data visualization tools would be considered a strong plus

• Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Team player with very good communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making abilities
• A keen eye for detail and an ability to shift through large data sets to extract meaningful information
