The responsibilities for the FCP&A Analyst role include:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Budget and Business plan of the Group
• Contribute in month/quarter and year end close process, ensuring compliance to all group's policies
• Participate in variance analysis to explain how budget and/or forecast compares against actual performance
• Support the preparation and timely submission of the monthly management reporting packs and assist by creating high-quality presentations
• Work on financial models in excel based on historical information and key business operating metrics, provide ideas as to enhance the quality of existing models and ensure their constant update to cover business needs
• Participate in ad-hoc activities of the department
• Operate as an excellent business partner

The ideal candidate for this FCP&A position should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration, ideally combined with a Master’s Degree
• Diploma such as ACCA , CPA or CFA or other financial qualifications would be considered a plus
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably in FCP&A, Audit or Consulting Services company
• Very good user of MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheets & Powerpoint (specifically, excellent Excel Skills with the ability to build models that are accurate and easy to understand)
• Analyze and identify data required to support model tracking
• Recommend and implement process improvement measures
• Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts (IFRS) and a solid understanding of
• financial analysis - best practices and basic financial modeling terminology
• Experience in SAP ERP system and data visualization tools would be considered a strong plus

• Team player with strong communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making abilities
• A keen eye for detail and an ability to shift through large data sets to extract meaningful information

2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably in FCP& A, Audit
