key responsibilities
As F&B controller you will be responsible for the following:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly recording of food and beverage costs
- Following all cost control and recording procedures
- Daily product costing update
- Daily control of income and expenses of the F&B Department
- Review of purchase and credit procedures for all F&B Department products
- Ensuring compliance with documentation and certification procedures for all products
- Food and beverage inventory control to increase inventory turnover
- Establish contacts with new suppliers
qualifications
We are looking for the following qualifications for the position of F&B controller:
- University or TEI degree in Economics,Food Technology, will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Experience of F&B Department warehouse, inbound and invoicing software
- Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems
skills
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions
- Implementation and effective adherence to schedules
- Team player
experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position will be considered as
