responsibilities

As a Facilities Specialist your duties will include the following:

  • Aligning the quarterly Site/Service Evaluations and sending it to Functional leader 
  • Compiling the monthly Functional Report and sending it to FL.
  • Support in adjusting regional guidelines to local touches
  • Monitoring the service level at the site/s
  • Monitoring the cost development at the site/s 
  • Escalating issues which can’t be solved on country level 
  • Identification of saving and synergy potential at the site/s of his responsibility 
  • Organizing FM processes at the site/s
  • Handling Fleet Management issues
  • Handling Travel Management issues (e.g. support to Corporate Travel Management in the hotel tenders)
  • Travel Management activities (contact to global service provider on country level)
  • Continuous communication to functional leader
  • Participating at telcons, workshops, meetings aiming to exchange experience, best practice, tender results and develop his knowledge about Facility Management
  • Obtaining acceptance for agreed and necessary changes regarding all FM related tasks, buildings, sites
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction


requirements

As a Facilities Specialist in this role, you must have the following requirements:

  • University Degree in Business or Engineering (ideally)
  • Excellent command in English
  • Good PC skills
  • Experience in Fleet Management issues
  • Experience in Procurement issues
  • SAP knowledge will be an asset
