responsibilities

As an Exports Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure profitable growth in each segment of the marketplace, in line with corporate guidelines
  • Apply the strategy and the approach in each segment in line with hierarchy guidelines
  • Handle the global key accounts in respect to the corporate contracts with OEMs, ensuring that the maximum effect for the company is attained
  • Lead the development in the export countries, by spotting the opportunities, assessing the odds of success, analyzing the road map to achieve the targets
  • Lead the development in Export Zone of the Greek entity, by analyzing the environment, the potential and the way forward in each of the six countries serviced by the Greece hub
  • Deploy DMS strategy for export countries
  • Report sales of global contracts to the company's HQ
  • Report the sales to export Manager for the export activity
  • Ensure that cost reduction policy is included in everyday activities
  • Utilize proper use of CAPEX and look for maximum ROI in investment projectsStrong cooperation with marketing manager for defining the sales and marketing approach and technical department
  • Collaboration with Finance, Logistics, Industry and Lubmarine departments
  • Collaboration with business developers and specialists located in HQ
  • Participate in meetings and working teams within the Greek entity and/or Europe Zone
  • Respect the corporate code of ethics, the European and Greek legislation and ensure that is applied
  • Full P&L responsibility for the customers/segments assigned
  • Leading the business development in Export Zone countries
  • Represent the company and or corporation in meetings, expositions of the appropriate level
  • Ensure the competitiveness, enhancement of skills and abilities of the subordinates

requirements

The ideal candidate for the position of an Exports Sales Representative will be expected to possess the following:

  • At least 3 years experience in sales field of Distributors Management Systems and if possible lubricants sales
  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical engineer
  • Post graduate degree in business might be an asset
  • Good capacity of adaptation to different cultures and people
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Fluent English and Greek languages
  • Ability and flexibility to travel
