job description

Are you a professional, proactive and organized team player who sets the bar high for your company? Do you have 3-4 years administrative experience as an Executive Assistant in a multinational organization and see yourself evolving in that environment? Are you ambitious, driven, and consider no task too big or small to make happen? Read on!

  •  Manage and maintain agendas and calendars
  •  Coordinate point-to point travel needs (car, flight, hotels, etc.)
  •  Manage client calls, lead calls and a wide variety of general administrative calls
  •  Organize and schedule client and internal meetings
  •  Prepare weekly timesheet and expense reports
  •  Copy, print, collate, bind, and distribute case-related materials as required
  •  Type letters, slide decks, memoranda, etc.
  •  Develop working relationships with clients and client assistants to facilitate the information flow and scheduling process
  •  Coordinate meetings, arrange conference bridges, reserve conference rooms, organize food service
  •  Serve as a communication link among case team members
  •  Team with other Executive Assistants and provide back-up assistance as needed
  •  Ensure key presentations are prepared and meet deadlines
  •  Maintain quality control by proofing work for errors, consistency and format in accordance with BCG established guidelines
  •  Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality
  •  Work on and update the internal database of contacts
  •  Identify appropriate pools for mass mailing

requirements

  • University degree. Master is a plus
  • Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • 3/4 years administrative/secretarial experience
