key responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, some of you key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other relevant documents
- Making travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for the CEO's business trips
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring prompt and professional handling of inquiries
- Assisting in the preparation of board meetings, including agenda creation, meeting materials, and minutes
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with utmost discretion

qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role must have:
- University/college degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
