The ERP Business Analyst position is full time and permanent, based in Athens.

As an ERP Business Analyst, you will join a company with activities within the energy (oil & gas) sector and you will be reporting to the ERP Project Manager, holding a key role in the ERP migration to a new platform. Your duties will be the following:

  • define current business workflows
  • play a critical role in activities such as strategic business planning, defining ERP business requirements and ensuring the delivery of business solutions
  • collect internal business needs and translate them into ERP systems requirements
  • act as a liaison between stakeholders (internal departments: finance, sales, purchasing, warehouse) and ERP implementation team (external provider)
  • propose alternatives for any internal client’s request and manage project within original boundaries
  • coordinate, own and lead Change/Problem Management for ERP infrastructure
  • be responsible for blueprints design, testing and documentation
  • take over the management of ERP environment after go-live
  • suggest enhancements when needed


In order for your profile to match the ERP Business Analyst, you need to have the following skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or Consultant (in any ERP product)
  • degree in IT or relevant sector
  • experience in ERP migration projects
  • ability to communicate and cooperate with people from different backgrounds (internal users)
  • ability to suggest solutions based on current business needs
  • analytical thinking
  • strong business understanding
  • excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
  • team spirit
