key responsibilities
The Electrical Maintenance Manager is responsible to:
- Develop and implement a maintenance strategy for electrical systems and equipment.
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Lead and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians and staff.
- Manage the electrical maintenance budget and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance contracts, and technical support.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Develop and customize new control systems, PLC logic
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and generate reports on key metrics
qualifications
The ideal Electrical Maintenance Manager should have:
- Diploma in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering (5 years diploma)
- Master's degree will be considered a plus
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Good level of IT skills (Microsoft office, Computer networking basics, programming languages) will be considered a plus
