responsibilities

For this e-Services Manager position, your tasks will include:

  • Lead and manage the e-Services team and its offering with the purpose of delivering services that meet and exceed market and client expectations
  • Design, propose and implement short-term and long-term enhancements for the assigned services and products in order to stay relevant to customer needs, industry trends and market conditions
  • Review regularly the service offering together with appropriate stakeholders from across the company, aiming at satisfying current and future customer needs
  • Control department resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets and prioritize internal and external demand
  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant technology partners and vendors
  • Support the day to day operations of the products, services and platforms to ensure issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner to meet obligations
  • Be responsible for the company's Services, Products, Systems/Platforms
  • Cooperate with other members of the management team on matters related to company operations, client support, service providers, personnel issues and any other issues that require cross functional cooperation
  • Participate in projects as a team member or lead projects as an accountable owner, contributing time, skills and knowledge
  • Lead, inspire and encourage direct reports for top performance, by clearly stating work standards, expectations, objectives and by regularly interacting with team members

requirements

For this e-Services Manager position, we would like you to have the below skills:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in managing IT services, ideally in the areas of banking / financial services
  • Degree in a related area (IT or Business)
  • Excellent knowledge of web technologies and e-commerce practices
  • Analytical, project management and business development skills
  • Experience in people management
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral)
  • Flexibility and team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about change
  • Strong business mindset
