responsibilities

as a Digitalization Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • acting as a key catalyst to ensure that the way the company works internally is streamlined, digitized and simplified, using technology and collaboration tools, in order to make employees’ work effective, efficient and fun, thus allowing them to spend more time addressing customer needs
  • cooperating with relevant stakeholders for the compilation of a Register of potential opportunities for process improvement, optimization or digitalization
  • coordinating with internal stakeholders to conduct thorough analysis and diagnosis of identified opportunities in order to quantify benefits of process improvement, optimization or digitization
  • combining latest industry trends and practices with emphasis on technological means and collaboration tools and facilitates workshops with a broad cross-section of internal stakeholders, possibly customers and external partners, in order to build the business case for specific opportunities
  • cooperating with stakeholders to present and gain support and approval for initiatives that meet the overall mandate to streamline, digitize and simplify
  • being responsible for the assessment, proposal, selection and deployment of collaboration tools used throughout the company
  • analyzing data from company systems to detect areas where the company may benefit from digitization and/or optimization
  • developing and promoting a continuous process improvement culture across the company and coaches stakeholders in the use of digital tools and related methodologies
  • cooperating with other colleagues on issues and processes that require cross functional cooperation
  • participating in / leading projects as an accountable owner, contributing time, skills and knowledge

requirements

for this Digitalization Manager position, the skills required would be:

  • a Bachelor degree, preferably in IT; candidates with Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business administration and working experience in the IT field would also be welcome!
  • experience in process improvement activities
  • up-to-date with digital tools, collaboration tools and related tech industry standards
  • solid analytical skills, research skills, critical thinking
  • ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
  • versatile, adaptable and enthusiastic attitude
  • very good written skills in English
