As the Digital Transformation Manager you will:

• Define the vision and co-design with the management team the domains’ strategy, landscape and performance KPIs
• Ensure alignment of the product portfolio with the organization’s strategic objectives
• Evangelize the IT & Digital organization-wide agile transformation and guide the organization through its agile journey and maturity
• Maintain consistency of agile adoption and continuously measure and improve performance and agile competence
• Maximize the value delivery across the portfolio by allocating resources in the respective value streams
• Make data driven investment decisions and manage portfolio risk
• Optimize cost and quality of delivery based on KPIs and vendor management
• Manage key relationships with Cluster/Group functions to share knowledge and best practise

As the Digital Transformation Manager, you need to have the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience in senior technical positions, preferably leading business or technical transformations
• Extensive experience in IT strategic planning, organization design
• Experience in leading functions in complex and dynamic environments
• Solid experience in agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) and applies agile ways of working. Can act as an Agile Leader and role model of the agile mind-set and principles within large engineering organizations
•  Exceptional “servant” leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate a vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns to the overall company strategy
• Professional experience and knowledge of Telecommunications industries is strongly preferred
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
• Act as an Agile Leader and role model of the agile mind-set by setting standards for SAFe transformation & drive implementation within Digital & IT in alignment with POM
• Oversee the delivery process of releases and co-assess the performance of the processes in place
• Establish a culture of passion for innovation and relentless improvement
• Manage overall performance of Company’s IT service management system, following requirements as per the ISO 20000-1:2018 certification
