You can read below your responsibilities for this Growth Hacker role:

  • Implementation of strategic business cases in terms of company’s product related to digital food / digital delivery
  • Drive the growth of the digital food related product & brand 
  • Suggestion & establishment of a business model that maximises profitability, forecasting product’s growth and market demand
  • Long term contribution in designing overall product strategy and the identification of a sustainable competitive advantage
  • Managing the end to end product delivery lifecycle from approval through design, development, integration, test, deployment and into operations in countries
  • Ensuring that appropriate targets and milestone dates are set for the speed and quality of delivery and managing the lifecycle activities to achieve those targets
  • Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including: VPs & MDs in relevant domains
  • Development from scratch, leading initiatives related to digital food product
  • Identifies best market practices, in terms of product/pricing, benchmarks vs Greek market needs and Company’s market position and pro-actively suggests new products
  • Collection, analysis and synthesiz internal reports and market data per segment along with Competition’s data on a Company and on a product based level
  • Evaluates all elements of each product offering vs competition, for the customer segments under responsibility and proposes tactics, new products/offers, based on the identified needs
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal partners and customers; enable the success of the installation team


What do you need to have to apply for the Growth Hacker role?

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Finance / Business Administration / Computer Science or relevant field 
  • Start upper & relevant working experience in development and implementation of business cases 
  • Professional experience in b2c sales and a proven track record building lasting relationships, with both colleagues and clients, and creating win-win situations
  • Project & budget management working experience
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility and team spirit
  • A definite Customer-oriented personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills, in Greek and English
