As a Deposit Account manager your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Launch product, implement commercial and marketing plan to grow the deposit portfolio 
• Act as the online banking manager by commercialization, selling and managing the online banking product
• Manage the local team and all related processes
• Oversee the maintenance of customer deposit accounts, including processing account openings, closings, and account updates accurately and efficiently
• Provide prompt and effective support to resolve customer inquiries
• Meet or exceed deposit growth targets set by the bank while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Reporting to the Bank of Greece

The ideal candidate for the position of Deposit Account Manager role will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Consolidated experience in the banking sector
• Previous experience in the deposit account product, banking regulations, and compliance
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Sales and customer service experience
• Knowledge of the Greek market, particularly of the retail world.
• Ability to coordinate a team and complex projects

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-driven individual

• At least 5-7 years of working experience in a similar role
