As Delphi Developer, you will be part of a highly skilled team who design, develop, deploy, and support complex Information Systems and you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of technologies. More specifically:

• Develop components/modules for a ticketing solution
• Identify, troubleshoot and debug defects in designated application code
• Propose possible solutions to anticipated problems
• Confirm program operation by conducting tests
• Provide technical documentation for modules you are involved in
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Delphi development

As Delphi Developer, you will need to have:

• 2+ year professional development experience using Delphi and SQL Server
• Experience working with Desktop application frameworks 
• Experience in n-Tier application
• Experience in .NET Development will be considered an asset
• Good knowledge of third-party software components like DevExpress, Fast Reports, Indy, TMS
• Knowledge of prototyping and iterating quickly with ability to debug and productize at a fast pace
• Ability in communicating technical information, both orally and in writing
• Proven experience in interpreting product specifications and developing appropriate software modules to meet these requirements

• Self-motivated and continuous learning mindset
• Problem solving abilities, by adopting a creative way of thinking
• Cooperating well and coordinating effectively across levels
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting
