As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be able to function as part of a dynamic team of specialists, able to deliver high quality deliverables, often within tight deadlines. The Cyber Security Engineer reports to the Manager of Solutions department and requires a confident professional with an ability to work in a dynamic environment as part of a team of highly focused engineers and consultants. Below you will find your main responsibilities:

• Implement, manage and maintain security systems for new and existing technologies
• Analyze customer needs and develop action plan on a range of diverse requirements within IT Infrastructure
• Support of on-going operations and projects
• Implementation of technical projects and new technologies for company's customers
• Documenting systems configuration and dependencies
• Accept customer calls and tickets, maintain case ownership, and keep customers informed of progress
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues
• Evaluate and learn new technologies
• Be able and willing to obtain industry certifications

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you need to have the following skills: 

• Bachelor in Computer Science or other IT related field
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar position
• Experience of networking design principles and protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, IPv4 and preferably IPv6) or experience with multi-vendor system solutions (architecture design / implementation / management / maintenance / support)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Working knowledge with technologies/systems (e.g. Active Directory, Firewalls, IPS, Routers/Switches, Web & Email Security)
• At least one of the following certifications: Microsoft MCSE Certification, Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE, Cisco CCNP, VMware VCP
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) will be considered an advantage
• One of the following certifications will be considered nice to have: Huawei HCIA Routing & Switching, Microsoft 365 Security Administration (MS-100, MS-203, MS-500), Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
