Would you like to work as a Customer Support Associate? Do you have previous experience in Customer Support roles? Do you feel comfortable in communicating with clients via telephone and email in a fast and effective way? 

As a Customer Support Associate you are expected to perform a variety of duties in the area of customer service, order taking, invoicing, active sales, credit notes and claims management . This full-time position is responsible for communicating and monitoring all processes to ensure high quality services are maintained.

As a Customer Support Associate you will:

  • Handle and resolve customers’ incoming queries in timely and friendly manner via telephone and emails
  • Support sales and marketing managers by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information
  • Responsible for order taking, invoicing and send the orders to logistic department 
  • Understand products' specifications, sales packages and pricing structures
  • Offer ideas to existing clientele so as to promote business in the most targeted and appropriate way
  • Maintain solid client relationships with professionalism
  • Coordinate information flow between all departments to ensure clients’ satisfaction
  • Maintain records into the system  with the highest standard of accuracy at all times
  • Adhere to company's policies and guidelines to guarantee business communication model alignment


The Customer Support Associate we are looking for should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support or order taking roles
  • Excellent PC skills & computer literacy
  • Aligning selling skills with the sales process
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Navision/SAP will be an asset)
  • Fluency in English both written and oral
  • Able to coordinate multiple resources and tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deliver outstanding customer care services 
  • Trustworthy and respectful with commercial acumen
  • Cross-functional collaboration and multitasking
