Are you a fluent English speaker with experience in customer success roles based in Athens? What are the responsibilities of a Customer Success Specialist?

  • Work with the sales team to ensure a flawless handoff to the Customer Success team and maximize client performance
  • Onboard and guide new clients to ensure fast and smooth adoption of our products and services
  • Gather customers' positive experiences and address any area of dissatisfaction
  • Be responsible for nurturing and growing existing customer relationships, with the mission to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Generate revenue and profitability forecasts for new partnerships


What are the qualifications of a Customer Success Specialist?

  • Excellent level of the English language, in written and oral
  • A bachelor's degree will be considered a plus
  • PC literacy

1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
