Do you consider yourself as a rockstar Customer Service Trainer fluent in English? Do you possess a lot of training hours within a call center environment? Do you feel comfortable creating diverse, catchy & to-the-point content, putting it into a well-guided material & delivering it to the call center?

As a member of the customer service training team, your role will be to support customer service agents in their professional upskilling & reskilling development.

What will be the daily routine of the Customer Service Trainer we are looking for:

  • Develop professional skills of employees via designing, implementing, & delivering customer service training programs
  • Plan & coordinate customer service training sessions according to operations demands & needs
  • Prepare supporting material as well as the documents/equipment necessary for the customer service training sessions
  • Identify training needs & suggest actions accordingly
  • Ensure training follow-up, working closely with the team leader or the project manager, by identifying the areas that needs to focus.
  • Maintain & track pre/post-training reporting while measuring the effectiveness of the trainings
  • Adhere to company's Protocols, Training Processes & policies
  • Propose customer service training process amendments to optimize and ensure smooth implementation


What is required for this Customer Service Trainer role:

  • 2+ years of working experience as a trainer, preferably in contact center or customer service environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Extremely fluent in English 
  • Communication skills, including super presentation skills 
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Understanding and knowledge of global training standard, processes and  tools
  • Training or Coaching certification will be considered a plus
  • High level knowledge of Windows/MS Office
  • Ability to work autonomously/independently
