responsibilities

As a Customer Service Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

  • management of personnel, including  performance monitoring, appraisals and objective setting
  • coaching and developing staff with regards to  job requirements and customer service skills
  • cyclical reporting of team's performance to other countries
  • cooperation with sales and management teams
  • oversee day-to-day operation, discovering areas of improvement
  • demonstrate strong influencing skills to lead by example the teams 
  • scheduling shifts of the customer service team

qualifications

If you want to put in your candidacy for the Customer Service Supervisor position you should have:

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • microsoft office skills and ERP platform experience
  • good level of communication in Italian would consider an asset

  • ability to effectively and efficiently interact cross culturally
  • highly organized with ability to meet deadlines through good time good at management and allocation of priorities

experience

  • 2 years of relevant managerial customer service experience
