As a Customer Service SAP super user in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Establish, maintain and promote high standards of internal customer service
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ability to motivate others and build a team environment

  • Detailed knowledge of Order Intake and Order Processing
  • Good knowledge of Sales Remote Order systems
  • Good understanding of Pricing Conditions
  • Good Understanding of Billing and invoicing process
  • Good understanding of Reporting and Master Data
  • Where appropriate, good understanding of export requirements
  • Good knowledge of End to end Order to Cash Process
  • Experience in Accounts Receivables, Collections
  • Good Understanding of Credit Management Process
  • Good Understanding of Trade Spend Settlement Process
  • General understanding of Accounting Principles
