This is a new Customer Service Representative position, for a medical equipment company with main focus in delivering exceptional customer experience. Do you demonstrate previous experience in Customer Service roles? Do you feel comfortable in communicating with clients and supporting sales team for every issue that comes up? 

As a Customer Service Representative you are expected to perform a variety of duties in the area of customer service, order taking, invoicing and sales support.

Our client offers for the Customer Service Representative position:

  • an organized, structure work environment in medical industry
  • an initial 6-month contract with true potential of renewal
  • stable working hours Monday to Friday


As a Customer Service Representative your main responsibilities are:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients' requests in timely and professional manner via telephone, emails or fax
  • Support sales team by submitting orders, monitoring process and following up with the client
  • Coordinate information flow between all departments involved to ensure clients’ satisfaction
  • Responsible for order taking, invoicing and send the orders to logistic department
  • Understand products' specifications, sales packages and pricing structures
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Maintain records into the system with the highest standard of accuracy at all times
  • Adhere to company's policies and guidelines to guarantee business communication model alignment


The Customer Service Representative we are looking for should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support or order taking roles
  • Excellent PC skills & knowledge of ERP systems
  • Fluency in English both written and oral
  • Able to coordinate multiple resources and tasks
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer service approach
  • Teamspirit and cooperative way of working
