As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • providing exceptional customer service support and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • processing sales orders, customer forms, online applications, and requests
  • resolving and taking ownership of customers’ questions, concerns or complaints
  • communicating with the transportation agencies & managing the whole procedure along with forming and updating transportation agents’ contracts and rules
  • managing & optimizing the logistic operations for the smooth execution of the sales orders
  • communicating and coordinating with colleagues to provide customers with the lead time all the production orders directly
  • responding promptly to customer & sales representative inquiries whilst maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • maintaining open communication channels with customers and colleagues at all times

  • 1-3 years proven customer support experience
  • university degree
  • proficient in english language
