  • Answer to incoming calls and respond to emails
  •  Handle drivers' requests for car maintenance 
  •  Provide support to drivers in the event of accidents
  •  Coordinate with other functions and departments in order to reply to drivers
  •  Handle and resolve drivers complaints
  •  Record all interactions with drivers in the relevant CRM tool and ensure that all tasks are completed
  •  Identify and escalate situations requiring attention

  • University Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in a customer service position
  • Excellent PC skills, including relevant CRM tools
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written
  • Familiarity with automobiles, will be considered an asset
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills 
  • Professional telephone etiquette 
  • Strong listening skills
  • Organizational skills and problem solving capabilities
