responsibilities

Tasks of a Dutch Customer Service Advisor - Work from Home include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all the Dutch speaking clientele
  • Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, email and / or online chats
  • Maintain solid customer relationships with Dutch customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems  
  • Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

requirements

A Dutch Customer Service Advisor - Work from Home will need to possess the following skills:

  • Native or excellent level in Dutch
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • PC literacy
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • An Internet speed minimum of 4.0 Mb/s download and 0,5 Mb/s upload
  • Client centric mindset
