responsibilities

As an CRM Specialist in this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the digital channel is properly set up and running to deliver e-commerce and digital consumer experiences
  • Provide operational, analytical and reporting support for daily operations of E-commerce & CRM team, as well as new e-business projects
  • Manage, monitor and support Channel Management and presence in aggregators, marketplaces and location listings
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies that grow the customer base and drive sale & traffic both online and offline
  • Work with team to optimize the conversion funnel and performance marketing, improve the UX and customer communication
  • Establish and implement best practices for database processes, measurement, evaluation, data capture, data quality and segmentation
  • Assist in New eBusiness Projects, implementation and testing tasks
  • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
  • Act as internal champion for system (e-commerce and CRM), promoting the tools and providing training

requirements

In order for your profile to match this CRM Specialist position you need to have the following skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics/ Marketing/ Management or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce (Preferably within an FMCG company)
  • Relevant work experience in digital marketing (PPC, SEM, SEO, display, email, social etc)
  • Experience in working with BI, Google Analytics and GTM etc
  • Strong organization skills, high sense of responsibility, ready to take initiative, analytical mindset
  • Communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a cross-border team
  • Very strong project management skills and able to to work in a fast-paced environment subject to continuous changes
