Are you an experienced NPL Manager ready for the next step for your career? Do you think that taking more responsibilities will be an attractive challenge for you? We are seeking for a Corporate NPL Manager to have overall responsibility for the NPL department, on behalf of our client, an international business in NPL sector.


As a Corporate NPL Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervises a team of Financial Advisors and Loan Managers being  responsible for the performance of the assigned NPLs portfolio
  • Develops and maintains working relationships among the department  to ensure consistency, alignment, and confidentiality of information
  • Supports personal development and effective coaching  to the team maximizing their skills and capabilities
  • Provides advice on the handling of complex cases which are escalated by his team
  • Resolves client's issues through personal interaction in order to deliver the desired agreement
  • Monitors the collection process of the team to ensure work and performance commitment
  • Coordinates and executes processes of improvement initiatives to evaluate teams performance and efficiency.
  • Adheres to the company’s code of ethics and ensures compliance with policies to minimize customer complaints.
  • Manages and controls the collections process of NPL's within contracted legal agencies
  • Participates in meetings to communicate any changes in the company's collections policy to external agencies and provides necessary instructions
  • Identifies any issues arising in the performance of the work of the external agencies and arranges for the immediate resolution
  • Visits the office of external partners, even on a daily basis, and carries out frequent spot checks so as to ensure the appropriate communication with the clients and the correct data input in the systems
  • Ensures that the external agencies have the required IT support to enable proper management and necessary analysis of the delegated portfolio
  • Creates operational and financial MIS reports
  • Supporting new business opportunities


    As the ideal candidate for the Corporate NPL Manager position, you should possess:

    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
    • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
    • Flexible, positive attitude.
    • Strong strategic mindset, able to design and deploy business plans with a hands-on approach.
    • Strong commercial acumen, resolute and impeccable judgement skills.
    • Business-minded, energetic and proactive.
    • Organized, rigorous and structured.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
    • 5+ years experience in executive leadership positions
    • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
    • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
    • Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issue
