As a Corporate & Legal Affairs Executive, some of your tasks will include:

  • Providing professional support, guidance and advice as required to internal stakeholders (including group related functions)
  • Providing guidance based on regulatory framework, for the marketing, sales and distribution of products
  • Assisting the business in compliance with all various legal requirements (e.g. GDPR)
  • Suggesting and advising on various legal matters like commercial contracts, dispute resolution, regulatory, and governance
  • Supporting the implementation of the corporate affairs plans
  • Organizing Corporate responsibility initiatives and representing the company in relevant associations & events when appropriate
  • Ensuring that legal documents are drafted, reviewed and interpreted as per applicable laws
  • Taking appropriate steps on different types of legal issues
  • Prepare and present internally compliance matters related to corporate affairs


In order to be considered for this Corporate & Legal Affairs Executive role the requirements are:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing or Law
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in FMCGs on Corporate Affairs and Law (preferably within regulated industries e.g. pharma, spirits) 
  • Experience on Compliance or Marketing will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent command of English (oral & written)
  • Excellent MS Office skills 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mind-set
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Effective team player with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proactiveness and hands on mentality
