As a Construction Planning Manager, in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Understand project specifications and develop time schedules and budgets that meet them.
  
• Observe existing processes, analyze staff performance and address deficiencies accordingly.
• Monitor and track project progress and write up reports.
• Attend and schedule meetings as required.
• Understand and meet all contract requirements.
• Communicate with managers, supervisors, and public authorities
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budgets

The position of Construction Planning Manager is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

• Degree in Civil Engineering 
• At least 10 years of working experience in the development and delivery of major program, in the areas of Project and Program Scheduling at Construction stages
• Good Knowledge of Schedule Management Systems; expert user of Primavera P6 Software
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good appreciation of other Project and Program Controls functions
• Planning and project management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
• A sound understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
