responsibilities

As a Compliance trainee, your tasks will include:

  • Support the roll out of Corporate Policies is done effectively within the Organization, ensuring that employees have a point of contact for resolving any queries which they have on Corporate policies;
  • Identify target audience for Corporate training cascades and monitor completion;
  • Provide F2F trainings during the Induction for the New Joiners;
  • Support the Ethics & Compliance Manager in the preparation of materials to cover the training needs that emerged from ICF monitoring activities;
  • Monitor the completion of the related Corrective and Preventive Actions defined in respect of the due dates agreed;
  • Support the Ethics & Compliance Manager in the appropriate identification of the risks that the Business has to face and manage during the daily activities;
  • Support the Managers in implementing an adequate Management Monitoring Plan;
  • Assist, when required, the local Business on the Third Party Oversight and Contracting programs


requirements

The requirements for the Compliance trainee role are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or other applicable degree.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust around sensitive compliance issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the capability to flex communication style to the needs of stakeholders at every level of management as well as to content experts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence individuals at all levels of the organisation to work in accordance with company Values.
