    The job requirements for this Commercial Director role are the following:

    • Proactive best management practices achieving goals
    • Create and overview new commercial teams in different location in the world (different language and culture)
    • Identify and solve the possible reasons of low performance from specific team or team members.
    • Review that the teams are using the best commercial practices to achieve the goals
    • Set commercial roles based on characteristics (behavioural, knowledge)
    • Track, measure and monitor performance of commercial activities using KPIs 
    • Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets
    • Create solid detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.), alongside analyze threats and obstacles
    • Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met alongside implementing new customer acquisition strategies
    • Establishing and managing client and key stakeholder relationships to maintain profitable long-term partnerships
    • Collaborate with, coordinate, oversee and train diverse teams such as marketing, sales and customer service 
    • Keep your team on a path toward long-term goals and boost morale, in addition to fostering talent and encouraging employee retention
    • Planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on our company targets and objectives aiming to accelerate growth


      The ideal Commercial Director will have the following required qualifications:

      • Experience in SaaS or technology companies
      • 3+ years experience in personal handling large accounts (more than 500 people personnel)
      • 5+ years experience in successful management  of commercial teams.
      • 3+ years of proven experience as a commercial director or other relevant role
      • Ability to handle RFI’s , RFP, RFQ
      • Proactive management practices, problem solving & analytical mindset in a hands on environment
      • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing as well as Client Relationship Management
      • In-depth knowledge of market research methods, metrics and analysis
      • Hands-on understanding of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
      • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
      • Excellent organizational, time-management and leadership skills
      • Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities
      • BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field

      And the following preferred qualifiactions:

      • MSc/MA in a relevant field
      • Extensive knowledge of the business world
      • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinker
