Are you an  Administrator with experience in Commercial or Finance departments, who is highly skilled in SAP and Excel, and wish to work in one of the most well-known FMCG's world wide? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

  • Customer data and sales entry and management using SAP & Excel
  • Verification of data validity
  • Compiling weekly reports
  • Scan and archiving of client contracts
  • Analyze documents (e.g. exception invoices, open purchase orders, etc.) using system information and guidelines in order to maintain accurate financial information and ensure timely payment to suppliers and vendor invoicing


  • Being part of an enthusiastic team of professionals with drive for excellence.
  • Experience in a corporate shared-services structure.
  • Possibility to gain experience in matrix operational processes.


  • University Degree, Ideally in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable/Procurement environment where you gained a good understanding of the related processes, preferably in an international/matrix organization.
  • Excellent knowledge and use of MS Excel & SAP
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexibility for fixed-term contracts
  • Ideally possess own means of transportation
